Mr Builder.

THE BUILDER’S COMMERCIAL WORKBENCH

A checked quote. A clearer view of your margin.

Prepare building quotes using your own rates and trade prices. Keep drawings and pricing together, resolve outstanding decisions, and check every number before your quote goes out.

Your plans. Your rates. Your decisions.

Measure from PDF drawings with linked estimate lines. Import supported Excel or CSV rates, apply reusable recipes and inspect where each quantity and price came from.

Compare scope, not just the lowest number.

Record trade offers, source PDFs, dates, inclusions and exclusions. Choose which offer belongs in the estimate. Missing prices never become allowances automatically.

Review the margin before you commit.

See estimated cost, selling price and margin. Review scope questions and changes since approval. Later estimate changes do not silently rewrite issued quotes.

Built around the way you quote.

Our initial focus is owner-led residential builders who prepare their own estimates. Begin with a familiar job type and your existing pricing method, then build reusable rates and recipes as you work. If you quote commercial work, discuss your requirements with the Mr B team to confirm whether the current workflow fits.

You remain in control.

Mr B helps review a quote; it cannot guarantee complete scope or replace judgement about plans, specifications, site conditions and contracts. Automated recognition, job accounting and Microsoft 365 sync are future work.
