Sign in with your own account
Use your own account or one-time invitation. If you need access, ask your company owner or the Mr B team; do not share another person’s login. Registration availability depends on the service settings.
Owner two-step sign-in
Owners must finish two-step setup. Store backup codes privately. Never send a password, authenticator code or recovery code to support or an AI assistant. If access is lost, contact your company owner or the Mr B team; automated password-recovery email is not available.
Language and theme
Choose English or 简体中文 in the header. Light/Dark changes the display on this device. The interface is bilingual; that does not guarantee the client PDF supports every Chinese character.
Roles and companies
Office cannot view internal estimate costs. Owners and Estimators handle pricing, with approval separately controlled. Check the selected company before entering project information, and sign out on shared devices.
Subscription and billing
The company owner subscribes and manages payment on Billing, through Stripe; Mr B never stores card or bank details. If a payment fails, everything keeps working. An account unpaid for more than 30 days may be suspended after at least 7 days' written notice: it becomes read-only, so you can still view and export everything, and nothing is deleted. Paying restores it.
