A drawing save fails
Keep the page open. Failed saves retain the drawing and pause further edits. Retry repeats the prepared operation; Discard unsaved edits deliberately reloads saved work. Read the error first.
A form is refused
Failed manual-line and markup edits remain visible. Review input and version conflicts before retrying. Do not blindly overwrite newer work or repeatedly submit a changed decision.
Editing access changes
A lost editing lease blocks retry. Resolve retained work before taking over. A version conflict needs reconciliation with saved state, not an automatic merge.
Before leaving
Finish or discard unsaved work deliberately. Link/unload warnings help, but Back/Forward preservation is not guaranteed. Refreshing, closing a tab or crashing can lose in-memory work. Recovery after refresh or crash is not available.
Report a problem
Use the footer link, describe steps and error without sensitive content, and keep the reference. A report is not a backup of your drawing or estimate.
